Patient care services means therapeutic and diagnostic medical services provided by the hospital to inpatients and outpatients including tangible personal property transferred in connection with such services. .Basic care means care essential to maintain the health and safety needs of an adult, but is not limited to, assistance with medication administration, medical needs, nutrition and supervision for safety as well as activities of daily living including assistance with bathing, dressing, hygiene, eating, mobility.
